Where it started

The spark for Just Booch was lit on a trip to San Francisco in
September 2022, where we stumbled upon hard kombucha, a better,
more sustainable alternative to traditional alcoholic beverages.
Some say a cleaner, fresher, and bolder alternative to beer,
crafted for those who stand out.

The revolution

What started as curiosity quickly turned into a obsession.
We tasted every hard booch we could find, switched restaurants
when the menu didn’t deliver. It became clear there was a massive,
untapped demand for hard kombucha in Europe, and we wanted
to be the ones to bring it here.

Since then, we’ve worked day and night perfecting our recipe
and in June 2024, we launched our very first product:
Just Booch Grapefruit + Hibiscus. We’re incredibly proud
of the feedback so far, and this is just the beginning.
